WELCOME from SALLY HOLMES REED

Flower and Energy Essences are a very special type of holistic healing that work with the nature spirits and elementals that give form to all living things. Our nervous system receives and transmits knowledge, accessing the bio-energy/life force that is unique to each flower or natural material. Essences work in subtle, gentle and safe ways on the fields of energy within and around our body, allowing healing to take place at all levels.

The Hawaiian language is beautiful and complex. The word, Akua, has many meanings. I use it here to mean the invisible, creative essence of nature, including the nature spirits that surround us. Please use these Essences with deep love and gratitude for the guidance, love, friendship and total commitment to our healing from the Flower and Nature Spirits.

Allow me to be your guide in choosing and working with the vibrational healing qualities of Flower & Energy Essences. Working co-creatively with the Akua, nature spirits, devas and elementals, each drop of the healing waters of Flower & Energy Essences vibrates with its own positive healing quality.

Molly from Green Hope Farm reminds us to follow our hearts when being guided to take Flower Essences.

It is my greatest pleasure to offer my combined training and experience in holistic hypnosis, vibrational healing, meridian tapping, educational kinesiology, breath awareness and Hawaiian healing to begin the process of change, activate healing and inspire a beautiful life with intuition, expertise, elegance, compassion, grace, truth, love and gratitude.

I hope you benefit from the information shared here. If this is different from what you have been taught, I am sorry. Please enjoy what is of interest to you and leave the rest.

Take care, Sally

Constucting my logo, 5 circles

A red octagon (regular 8-sided polygon) circumscribing the outer blue circle 1,
with the middle of a side coincident with an end-point of a centerline.

Within are five green circles with a radius half that of circle 1,
one concentric with it,
the other four with their centers at the intersections of the centerlines and the dividing lines.
Five : With Five, we take a quantum leap into Life!
The ancients did not recognize a fourth physical dimension (which we label time); recognizing a radically different direction from the preceding four, they saw Five as generating life itself.
Whether in the fiveness of human hands and feet,
or the quintessence of the philosophers,
Five transforms the physiosphere into the biosphere.
According to some sages,
the five-pointed star is the symbol of enlightenment.
Symbol of excellence and authority,
Five may read as representing the principle of evolution itself.
It reminds me of Chokmah, primordial Force.
As Fibonacci spirals, the phi ratio is found everywhere:
in the number of petals in a flower,
buds on a stem,
keys on the piano,
and in human proportions from DNA up.
The ratio shows itself in pineapples and fir cones, weather patterns, sunflowers, chambered shells, galaxies, and whirlpools.
Reconciling the clash of opposites into counterbalancing spirals at higher levels,
the phi proportion is the unique example of a self-replicating ratio, illustrating the part/whole relationship par excellence.
You are the center, and from within, you are able to take the steps necessary to see out.

Sacred geometry, Vesica Pisces

Sacred geometry is based on the idea that geometric shapes, as they appear in nature and as they may be constructed by human art, are a means by which mystics aim to teach the secrets of the universe to those who wish to know.

Symbols are, after all, a language in and of themselves.

The Vesica Pisces is one of the most widely used geometries from ancient to modern times.

In three dimensions this shape is two spheres which have merged so that the center of each lies on the edge of the other.

The two dimensional description of this shape is two equal circles which intersect, so that the center of each lies on the circumference of the other and the shape formed by the intersection is a pointy ended oval.

The whole geometry is known as the vesica pisces, the overlaping oval is the vesica.

These shapes form the basis of the Flower of Life and are commonly found in the decoration of sacred bulidings and their architecture across virtually all known spiritual traditions.

Flower of Life

The fourth step in the Flower of Life is the first step in multiplication.
From the Kahuna we see that it represents 'Ha' which means four and also means breath.
Egyptian myth indicates this to be the solar plexus.
Notice the vesica pisces which appears obvious as the fourth step is developed.
The pentagonal DNA strands begin to appear.
The number four is the first result of multiplication.
Heart chakra energy has two distinct characteristics,
that of the heart as we know it (lower heart),
and that of the thymus (upper heart),
which is the electromagnetic energy surrounding the heart
and extending into the fifth power.
The two are reciprocating as they function together.
