WELCOME from SALLY HOLMES REED

Flower and Energy Essences are a very special type of holistic healing that work with the nature spirits and elementals that give form to all living things. Our nervous system receives and transmits knowledge, accessing the bio-energy/life force that is unique to each flower or natural material. Essences work in subtle, gentle and safe ways on the fields of energy within and around our body, allowing healing to take place at all levels.

The Hawaiian language is beautiful and complex. The word, Akua, has many meanings. I use it here to mean the invisible, creative essence of nature, including the nature spirits that surround us. Please use these Essences with deep love and gratitude for the guidance, love, friendship and total commitment to our healing from the Flower and Nature Spirits.

Allow me to be your guide in choosing and working with the vibrational healing qualities of Flower & Energy Essences. Working co-creatively with the Akua, nature spirits, devas and elementals, each drop of the healing waters of Flower & Energy Essences vibrates with its own positive healing quality.

Molly from Green Hope Farm reminds us to follow our hearts when being guided to take Flower Essences.

It is my greatest pleasure to offer my combined training and experience in holistic hypnosis, vibrational healing, meridian tapping, educational kinesiology, breath awareness and Hawaiian healing to begin the process of change, activate healing and inspire a beautiful life with intuition, expertise, elegance, compassion, grace, truth, love and gratitude.

I hope you benefit from the information shared here. If this is different from what you have been taught, I am sorry. Please enjoy what is of interest to you and leave the rest.

Take care, Sally

HALAU UHANE LOMILOMI LAPA'AU

Here are notes from a recent training I took with Kahuna Harry Uhane Jim & Sila Lehua Bray Jim, HALAU UHANE LOMILOMI LAPA'AU:

Welcome to meet you. Begin this mo bettah journey with me, a "holoholo" which is a journey without destination.

What if you began embarking on a journey that regenerates your wholeness from within? Move through stuckness and find the core of chaos that is lifted.

Open your mind to the possibility. Claim the things you know. Move into the LIGHT. Share the LOVE. Hold the JOY. Bring Heaven "Lani" (lah-nee) back to Earth.

What if our time is NOW? The world we know is ending. The world we want is coming. Anything held in the NOW is not going to last. We shall all meet at the end in love.

Halau U'hane Lomilomi Lapa'au has a mission to trance the world into Aloha plenty!

Mana is the principle of Divine inner power that is essential to the Aloha philosophy. It encompasses the idea that each one of us has the authority to think for ourselves and live our own truth.

Connect with the mystical ways of nature, with the awareness of deep listening, keen observance and attentiveness, for co-creating a desired life.

Halau is Hawaiian word meaning a school, academy, or group. A space for creating knowledge. Literally, the word means "a branch from which many leaves grow." The guardians of the Halau (helper spirits), are all forces for good, gathering to assist us in our healing and awakening.

U'hane is Hawaiian word meaning "Spirit" or the conscious intent of a community. The esoteric spirit of Aloha is sharing the living breath of God, the spark within each person, the ‘I Am’ presence, the pure light of being. This is known in Christian cultures as the Holy Spirit (Sacred Breath). Through Aloha, the Hawaiians recognize all of life, every seed and vine, every leaf and every rain drop, every mountain and every waterfall, every person and every thing as sacred because all is permeated with Aloha.

Lomilomi means "shift". Healing requires a change in the existing belief system. Shift your energy into what is possible. EMPOWERING THE GOD WITHIN. Lomilomi comes from the " 'aina", the land, and is a form of prayer, connecting to a Higher Source for healing.

Raised to the level of spiritual healing, in today’s world, lomilomi from all lineages and traditions is a fundamental tool for serving the spirit of Aloha. Lomilomi offers the receiver the empowerment of taking on the responsibility of committing to the spiritual practice of loving one’s self as a path to enlightenment. Instead of seeing God as a force outside of us, the Hawaiians see God as a force that resides within each of us. This Divine Light ‘within’ produces health, wealth and happiness ‘without’.

Lapa'au means "healing". Say to yourself, "By the authority of my soul, I claim healing." Healing is the deep recovery of the whole or integrated person, a person living the intention of the Creator: living in joy, abundance and laughter.

Uncle Harry says, ‘Grace is the inalienable right of all beings to receive the light of God, the inalienable source of all healing. Grace is absolutely free, you don’t have to do anything to get it, just acknowledge the authenticity of who you are."

Consciously hold with acceptance the capacity to generate currents of love.

The powerful wisdom shared in the sacred circles infuses everyone present with profound healing vibrations for creating the life they want most to live. Circle cultures claim their own authority and power, navigating with the HEART, instead of negotiating with the mind.

Create a sphere of Divine Light, "Kaleilei", where conscious, unconscious and super-conscious come together.

Start fresh. Ho'oponopono is the willingness to swim in the center of the current; even at the cost of giving up what we thought was important.

Ho'oponopono resolves what is, and moves you forward. Move past boundaries. Many profound things to consider about forgiveness and the metaphysics of how it actually takes place.

The foundation of all healing is born of forgiveness.

Expand your perspective and be released from the bondage of resentment and judgment. Do not take on problems. Forgiveness does not mean you have to give in and return to abuse. This kind of forgiveness will sever you from what was causing the abuse in the first place.

Unforgiveness keeps us in a trance state of unfulfillment.

In order for us to receive more of what we really want, we must willingly cultivate the ancient law of “Grace receiving Gratitude,” becoming authentically grateful for all that has been given us, and surrendering to receive more Grace, naturally to return gratitude.

May you always be blessed!

SUNRISE

E ALA E

E ALA E
KA LAI I KAHIKINA
awake, the sun is in the east

I KA MOANA
KA MOANA HOU HONU
at the ocean, the deep ocean

PI'I KA LEWA
KA LEWA NU'U
Climb the the heavens, highest heavens

I KA HIKINA
AE A KALA
E ALA E
in the east, there is the sun, arise, awake

I KU MAU MAU

I KU WA!

I KU MAU MAU
I KU HULU HULU
I KA LANAWAO!

I KU WA!
I KU WA HUKI!
I KU WA KO!
I KU WA A MAU!
A MAU KA EULU!
E HUKI E!
KULIA!

“Ka Mele Ho`omaika`i”
Ho`o nani ka Makua mau
Ke Keiki me ka Uhane no,
Ke Akua mau
Ho`o mai ka`i, pu,
Ko ke ia ao, ko ke la ao."

In the kahuna tradition, words are intended to rearrange energy. This chant carries a lot of mana (power, life force energy) and provides spiritual uplifting. Today, the Hawai'ian people continue to chant E Ku Mau Mau with an understanding of kaona (hidden, double meaning). This chant brings us together and asks us to work together to accomplish our goals.

The foundation of all healing is born of forgiveness. No healing can actually take place without letting go of limiting concepts and mind structures that release, resolve and dissolve the bondage of resentment and judgement.

The Easiest Way

The Easiest Way: Solve Your Problems and Take the Road to Love, Happiness, Wealth and the Life of Your Dreams” Mabel Katz

Problems, be they spiritual, mental, physical, financial or material, are simply memories replaying in the subconscious mind. The beauty and simplicity of HO'OPONOPONO is its ability to erase memories and to replace them with inspirations for perfect living.

In The Easiest Way, Mabel Katz tells her story about rediscovering her identity and freedom through applying HO'OPONOPONO in all areas of her life.

"Ho'oponopono is the extraordinary healing system of accepting 100% responsibility for everything that is your life and asking the Divine for the power to heal and erase problems from your life and experience. Ho'oponopono is a process of forgiveness, repentance and transformation," she states.

"According to Ho'oponopono, life is designed to be easy."

"Oneness Blessing" or "Deeksha"

"The full flowering of the human being is nothing but the flowering of the heart."

"2012 is the beginning of the Golden Age, which itself, will take another 100 years to completely unfold."

– Sri Bhagavan, January 2009

THE ONENESS BLESSING fron India

"The Oneness Blessing is a transfer of energy which initiates the journey into higher states of consciousness and an evolution in consciousness. This evolution naturally results in healing, setting right relationships and solutions to mundane problems too.

The Oneness Blessing helps different people in different ways. The nature and intensity of the help they receive depend on the individual.

There have been many instances of profound physical and psychological healing happening in the receivers.

For the spiritual seekers the Oneness Blessing has opened different vistas of altered states of consciousness. The Oneness Blessing has also helped people come out of stress and stress related problems like addictions etc.

The Oneness Blessing has also helped the flowering of heart in relationships and to become more creative through the flowering of intelligence in the profession or vocation they follow."

The purpose of the Deeksha is to open up the brain to allow the Divine energy to enter within it, which assists in the enlightenment or the awakening of an individual's soul.

The Oneness facilitator acts as an instrument for the Divine and makes themselves available to access the Divine. Deeksha is administered by placing hands on top of the head, over the crown chakra and channeling the energy of the Divine into that person's brain. This process quite often produces a feeling of peacefulness within the brain but it also can, for some, invigorate brain activity in a very profound way.

SPIRIT OF THE 5 ELEMENTS

PACIFIC FLOWER ESSENCES, SPIRIT OF THE 5 ELEMENTS

All the Five Phases, or aspects, of the psyche, emotions or mental manifestations nurture or feed each other via the Sheng Cycle:

FIRE ... EARTH ... METAL ... WATER ... WOOD ... FIRE

and restrain or control each other via the Ko Cycle:

Fire X Metal X Wood X Earth X Water X Fire

This mutual support and control ensures balance.

Spirit is the eternal, infinite, indestructible and unchanging energy in each of us.

In traditional Chinese medicine there are 5 spirits which inhabit and energize each of the 5 elements – Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood.

The Fire Spirit is "Shen" (awareness, spiritual consciousness). It is the holy of holies, the power and spirit of life. In the classics it is called the “root of life” and resides in the HEART, which is referred to as the home of the Divine.

The Earth Spirit is "I" (ease and simplicity, change and transformation) and gives us the gift of embodiment and the capacity for self reflection and intuition. The body/mind is literally the vehicle through which we are able to experience life, ourselves and others.

The Spirit of Metal is "Po" (the automatic systems and instincts) the flows of energy in the pulses and cranial sacral and other body rhythms which keep the body alive, especially breathing. "Po" comes from Mother Earth and is sometimes called the “animal spirit”. It is the energy which all living things have in common, including plants which exchange carbon dioxide and oxygen in order to maintain life. Po wants to leave everything as it is.

The Water Spirit is known as "Chih" (wisdom, knowledge of right and wrong, ideals, goals, willpower) and is essentially our vital essence and the DNA blueprint for our earth journey. It contains ancestral wisdom and provides us with the clarity and will to live. Self-forgiveness and prayer increase faith.

Finally the Spirit of Wood is called "Hun" (courage). It is this spirit or energy which is said to move with us from lifetime to lifetime. Hun always wishes to change everything. "Hun" is like the potential in a seed to become the plant it is meant to be: acorns become oak trees, never pine trees. When Hun is happy, it is fulfilling its mission on earth.

Heal your bodies, minds and emotions to create a comfortable, vibrant and healthy home for Spirit.

Message from the nature spirits:

“Together we come to nourish the energies of the 5 elements in your body mind.

Use FIRE when you have no passion or joy in your lives.

Use METAL when you are stuck and feel value-less.

When you feel like your life is not flowing and you are impeded with doubt and fear use the WATER combination.

And when you are suffering from indigestion at any level use EARTH.

And finally when you have forgotten your purpose and have no energy for creative expression nourish yourself with the WOOD formula.”
