Papahānaumoku (Mother earth) is a woman with many gifts to rightfully share with us upon our path.

Radiation Update from Dr. Cousens

The radiation that is being measured in general from the Fukushima release includes I-131, Cesium 134, Cesium 137, Uranium 238, and Xenon 133. Vietnam, which is 4,000 km away from the Fukushima reactor is now reporting an increase in U-238 in pine needles. Radiation, in general, has been found 300 times higher in the US milk supply. Nuclear radiation in Hawaiian milk has been found to be 2,033% higher than permissible levels. Radiation in milk has already been reported in Phoenix, AZ, Spokane, WA, Montpellier, VT, as well as in, Los Angeles, CA.

Abnormally higher levels of radiation, in general, have been reported in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Niagra Falls, Denver, Detroit, Trenton, Oakridge, Cincinnati, Pittsburg, and Boise are all reporting elevated radiation levels.

Side effects of radiation exposure include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue, fever, loss of appetite, and skin damage (swelling, itching, redness, and hair loss). Long-term effects show a decrease in IQ, an increase in mental illness (as fat tissues in the brain are oxidized by radiation), and cancer. The rate of mental illness, particularly depression, has also been connected to proximity to nuclear testing and depleted uranium exposure.

The US has the highest percentage of mental illness at 26.4% of population. France is at an 18% depression rate, and may have the most nuclear plants of any country in the world. Brain tissue is affected by radiation, which causes by free radical damage of DNA and destruction of brain cell membranes. Radioactive uranium is particularly attracted to DNA, and so it is particularly damaging.

Research is also clear that uranium particles are capable of long distance travel. Not only does I-131 affect the thyroid gland, but also breasts, ovaries, uterus, prostate, because all these organs need iodine to operate optimally.

As I pointed out before, almost all major radiation medical experts agree that there are no safe levels of radiation exposure.

As a holistic physician looking at patterns appearing all over the globe, it would appear that increased radiation exposure from several sources, “forced” vaccinations, chem-trails, GMO’s and excessive use of psychotropic drugs, especially in children, all weaken the immune system and decrease and impair brain function. These effects impair our ability to transcend the bio-computer mind, and thus prevent our collective evolution of consciousness on the planet. This entire world pattern evokes an eerie feeling that there is more at play here than meets the superficial eye.

The good news is that we have ways to protect ourselves. Although my March 28th list was more complex, on popular request I am providing a simpler, more condensed list based on the six strategies I previously outlined.

One radiation protective strategy is competitive inhibition, which means that when you have plenty of healthy minerals in the body, they keep the radioactive particles from affecting particular organs. I-131 is one of our big immediate concerns, and I am recommending a new form of colloidal singlet, scalar wave prepared iodine called Illumodine, which is a 2% solution and it 100% absorbed. It is the best iodine in the world. When you order this you will get the recommended dose.

Other sources of iodine include 4-10 kelp tablets per day to build up iodine levels.
It is estimated by some medical experts that approximately 13 mg daily will give 96% protection from I-131. This will protect your thyroid. It takes about 4 months at 15 drops, 3 times daily, to reach full iodine sufficiency.

In addition iodine supplementation also removes toxins like heavy metals (i.e. mercury) from the body. It also neutralizes free radicals. Full iodine sufficiency has been shown to increase IQ by up to 13.5 points in a medical analysis from 17 clinical studies.

Iodine is the most potent killer of viruses, bacteria, and fungi in the world. It also regulates estrogen production and is involved with protection of hormones to stabilize mental health, control weight, and increases our ability to fight infections. It also helps with food allergies.

It is estimated that somewhere between 72% to 99% of people in the world are iodine deficient, so not only is iodine protective against Iodine 131, but it extremely good for building ones health. It is also known to be spiritually elevating. Scientific evidence as old as 1953, shows that the thyroid even controls the pituitary gland and, thus, is the master gland of the body. Connected with the fifth chakra, it mediates between the mind and the heart. Its butterfly shield shape is a symbol of transformation and protection.

There is one caveat to using iodine. It is such a potent detoxifier that people may have a healing crisis, so go slowly with it. An iodine healing crisis looks the same as iodine toxicity making it hard to distinguish between them. We do have a reasonable approach to this. Because 72%-99% of the world population is iodine deficient, it is best to consider a healing crisis before iodine toxicity, but we cannot discount bio-chemical individuality and toxicity response.

These detox or toxicity symptoms include rapid heartbeat, itching skin, fatigue, skin outbreaks, skin swelling, swelling of the salivary glands, metallic taste, burning mouth and throat, sore teeth and gums, head cold symptoms, and upset stomach. Other symptoms include headache sweaty palms, diarrhea (particularly if you have parasites). If you get these symptoms, stop iodine immediately and wait till all symptoms subside (usually 3-4 days) before resuming with a lower dosage. There has been no documentation of death from natural iodine. It is documented that one person, who ingested 100,000 times the recommended amount, had an uneventful recovery after a few days. A few people are also allergic, and these allergies may present as fever and joint pain, swelling of face and body, and even severe shortness of breath. Some of these are also symptoms of overactive thyroid. Paradoxically, I know of two cases of people with hyperthyroid, which is a deregulation phenomenon, who were cured using Illumodine.

However, I would not recommend taking iodine supplements unless under supervision if one has a hyperthyroid condition.

The point is that in this time of crisis, with I-131 radiation exposure in the world, it is important to take iodine as protection, but use caution and increase the dosage slowly to maximum.

Radiation protection strategy number 2 is chelation. I recommend eating as much sea vegetables as possible. Natural Cellular Defense (NCD) is the best chelator protection (except for protection against I-131, during the first 8 days). It is best to take NCD at 10 drops 4 times daily. Radiation protection strategy number 3 is to increase antioxidant intake. Radiation creates free radicals, which is the major mechanism by which it causes sickness and decreases lifespan and death. I recommend Nano-Green Tea at 1/2 teaspoon twice daily. I also recommend taking Mega Hydrate at 2 capsules 2 times daily.

Radiation protection strategy number 4 is to take anti-radiation food and herbs. Spirulina, chlorella, E3Live, and bee pollen are effective against radiation. Siberian ginseng, chaparral, aloe vera taken at 1 oz twice daily are also effective. Gotu kola and gingko billoba are also recommended. I also recommend our new marine phytoplankton powder called Alpha 3CMP at ½ teaspoon once daily.

Radiation protection strategy number 5 is to eat an organic and plant-source-only cuisine. Eating low on the food chain significantly reduces your exposure to toxins in general, as well as to radiation particles. Avoid all animal products including dairy, meat, fish, and chicken as these animals concentrate radioactive particles in their bodies 30 times more than are concentrated in plants. This situation makes the point that a plant source only cuisine is not only the diet for the future expansion of consciousness, but for the immediate healthy survival in the present.

Radiation protection strategy number 6 is political action to both close old nuclear facilities, (which become more dangerous after 40 years of operation), and prevent the building of proposed nuclear plants. Avoid back-scatter x-ray devices. Doctors Otis Brawley, Carl Bilimoria, Len Lichtenfeld, and Dong Kim (neurosurgeon for Congresswomen Gabrielle Giffords), all make a point of avoiding the backscatter devices in airports as they all feel there is no safe dose of radiation. Actually the FBI, the Soviet Union, Iraq, and Afghanistan all use bomb and explosive powder smelling dogs, which are far more sensitive and accurate than the backscatter devices. The backscatter devices are both poorly monitored and concentrate the radiation in the skin rather than spread it throughout the body, as well as not working as effectively as dogs.

Radiation in the water is a problem as no system, as of yet, fully protects from radiation. However, it appears that reverse osmosis (RO) water units and also water distillation can make a significant difference when combined with ion exchange filtration. Soon we’ll be carrying zeolite shower filters at the Tree of Life Store, to protect you in travel or at home. We are looking for the best in house water filters to protect from radiation in water. I believe we’ll solve this problem in the near future with a special form of zeolite filter we are researching. The Environmental Protection Agency recommends RO to remove radioactive isotopes that emit beta particle radiation; however, I-131 is still present in water as a dissolved gas and RO does not remove it. We can wash our vegetables thoroughly. It helps. Activated carbon filters also remove I-131, unfortunately carbon filters ultimately get clogged with radiation. Ion exchange filters used in water softeners are good for removing cesium 137. The optimal system would be a combination of filter devices. At the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center we use ion exchange and reverse osmosis filtration so our water is relatively safe. In conclusion, we have ways to protect ourselves.

It is important that we as human inhabitants of the earth look at our lifestyles and stop living as if we have a right to disregard the laws of nature. It is important to actively challenge public agencies that support anti-human and anti-Planet Earth dissonant activities. It is dysfunctional to mess things up and then pray for divine help. The Divine is not about to exonerate our imbalanced lifestyles on the earth. I call for us to examine our lives and contemplate how we can bring ourselves back into harmony with the living planet. Dr. Gabriel Cousins, in his book Conscious Eating, says, “Foods containing chlorophyll have long been known to protect against radiation. Generally speaking, any green foods have chlorophyll. From 1959 to 1961, the Chief of the U.S. Army Nutrition Branch in Chicago found that high-chlorophyll foods reduced the effects of radiation on guinea pigs by 50 percent. This includes all chlorophyll foods: cabbage, leafy green vegetables, spirulina, chlorella, wheatgrass, any sprouts, and the blue-green algae from Klamath Lake called Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA). This variety of blue-green algae is an excellent anti-radiation food because of its high cellular immutability and high regenerative energy, as well as its high chlorophyll content. It should be taken in a dose of four capsules (one gram) four times per day for one week before, and several weeks after, radiation exposure.”

In my essay Treatments for Nuclear Contamination I mentioned that spirulina and chlorella have been used heavily by the Russians after the Chernobyl nuclear plant disaster. Dr. Cousins knows his medicine and his food. What he says above is critical information and that is why I recommend Rejuvenate in high doses because of its high spirulina and chlorella content and because it is refined cellular rocket fuel providing them with a broad range of concentrated nutrients in high enough dosages to make a huge difference to the cells, especially when they are under oxidative stress. A Japanese study showed that even low concentrations of DMSO had radio-protective effects through the facilitation of DNA double-strand break repair, providing protection against radiation damage at all cellular levels in the whole body. Remember that boosting your body’s detox capabilities and overall antioxidant levels is a key to survive in these stressful times. Being on a detox diet is crucial to regaining health in a toxic environment. Our extensive experience and research shows that those on a no grain/low carb (no gluten) and non-dairy diet fare MUCH better.”

There are four ways to get sulfur into our systems that I know of. There is DMSO, then sodium Thiosulfate, which I have recommended to people for years to put in their therapeutic baths and can be taken orally as well; there is also MSM and of course Epsom salts. I suggest you flood the companies that sell these products with your orders because like everything necessary and helpful for surviving the coming onslaught of slowly increasing radiation, these things will be in short supply.

I’m talking here about dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), an organic sulfur compound that was used only as an industrial solvent, that is, until its medical properties were discovered in 1963 by a research team headed by Stanley W. Jacob, MD. DMSO is a byproduct of kraft pulping (the “sulfate process”), which converts wood into wood pulp consisting of almost pure cellulose fibers. As industrial as it may sound, the process simply entails a treatment of wood chips with a mixture of sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfide, known as white liquor, breaking the bonds which link lignin (from the Latin word lignum, meaning wood) to the cellulose.

DMSO is useful as a pain reliever, in burns, acne, arthritis, mental retardation, strokes, amyloidosis, head injury, scleroderma; it soothes toothaches, eases headaches, hemorrhoids, muscle strains; it prevents paralysis from spinal chord injuries; it softens scar tissues. In fact, it is useful in well over 300 ailments and is safe to use. You would think that a compound that has so many alleged uses and benefits would be automatically suspect, but careful examination of its properties and the data available will shed some light in this miraculous chemical.

Sulfur: The Stuff of Life

DMSO is an intermediate product of the global sulfur cycle, which distributes bioavailable sulfur for all animal and plant life (Parcell, 2002). Sulfur compounds are found in all body cells and are indispensable for life; they are needed for a number of chemical reactions involved in the detoxification of drugs and other harmful toxins, and they have potential clinical applications in the treatment of a number of conditions such as depression, fibromyalgia, arthritis, interstitial cystitis, athletic injuries, congestive heart failure, diabetes, cancer, and AIDS (Parcell, 2002). Among the sulfur compounds, DMSO is probably the one that has the widest range and greatest number of therapeutic applications ever shown for any other single chemical. It has around 40 pharmacological properties that may be beneficial in the prevention, relief or reversal of numerous diseases (Morton, 1993).

"Once upon a time the colors of the world started to quarrel: all claimed that they were the best, the most important, the most useful, the favorite.

GREEN said: "Clearly I am the most important. I am the sign of life and of hope. I was chosen for grass, leaves, trees - without me, all animals would die. Look out over the countryside and you will see that I am in the majority."

BLUE interrupted: "You only think about the Earth, but consider the sky and sea. It is the water that is the basis of life and drawn up by the clouds from the deep sea. The sky gives space and peace and serenity. Without my peace, you would all be nothing."

YELLOW chuckled: "You are all so serious. I bring laughter, gaiety, and warmth to the world. The sun is yellow, the moon is yellow, the stars are yellow. Every time you look at a sunflower, the whole world starts to smile. Without me, there would be no fun."

ORANGE started next to blow her temper. "I am the color of health and strength. I may be scarce but I am precious for I serve the needs of human life. I carry the most important vitamins. Think of carrots, pumpkins, oranges, mangos, and pawpaws. RED could stand it no longer. He shouted out: "I am the ruler of all of you! I am blood! Life's blood! I am the color of danger and of bravery. I am willing to fight for a cause. I bring fire to the blood! I am the color of passion and of love, the red rose, the poppy and the poinsettia. Without me, the earth would be as empty as the moon!"

PURPLE rose up to his full height. He was very tall and spoke with great pomp: "I am the color of royalty and power. Kings, chiefs, and bishops have always chosen me for I am a sign of authority and wisdom. People do not question me, they listen and obey".

Finally, INDIGO spoke, much more quietly than all the others, but with just as much determination: "Think of me. I am the color of silence. You hardly notice me, but without me you all become superficial. I represent thought and reflection, twilight and deep water. You need me for balance and contrast, for prayer and inner peace."

And so all the colors went on boasting and quarreling, each convinced of their own superiority. Soon, their quarreling became louder and louder. Suddenly there was a startling flash of bright lightening! Thunder rolled and boomed! Rain started to pour down relentlessly. The colors crouched down in fear drawing close to one another for comfort.

In the midst of the clamor, RAIN began to speak: "You foolish colors, fighting amongst yourselves, each trying to dominate the rest. Don't you know you were each made for a special purpose, unique and different? Join hands with one another and come to me."

Doing as they were told, the colors united and joined hands.

The rain continued: "From now on, when it rains, each of you will stretch across the sky in a great bow of colors as a reminder that you can all live in peace. The rainbow is a sign of hope for tomorrow".

There has been some controversy as to whether the ancient Hawaiians ever practiced Huna... So let's examine some Hawaiian and other sources to see what we can find out about this.

...The 1865 edition of "A Dictionary of the Hawaiian Language" by Lorrin Andrews, and in that dictionary we find the word "Huna" with the following definitions:

> to hide or conceal; to keep from the sight or knowledge of another.

> to conceal, as knowledge or wisdom

> that which is concealed (in conversation or written sentence this definition would be expressed as "ka huna."

But the question remains, did the Hawaiians themselves use the word Huna to refer to their esoteric knowledge? This is not easy to determine from an oral tradition, but a few knowledgeable Hawaiians wrote some things down about their own traditions after the introduction of written language, and perhaps we may find some clues there.

Many of the ancient heiau or temples of Hawaii held a tall, wooden framework called 'anu'u that was partially covered with kapa , or bark cloth, which was used for offerings and as a place for priests to reveal the words of the gods.

In announcing the revelation they would begin with the phrase, "Let that which is unknown become known." In Mary Kawena Pukui's book of Hawaiian proverbs and poetical sayings, Olelo No'eau , we find the same phrase in Hawaiian: Ahuwale ka nane huna . Pukui's own translation is "That which was a secret is no longer hidden."

On page 54 of Ka Po'e Kahiko - The People of Old by Samuel Kamakau, in an article published on October 13, 1870, he says that "In the old days in Hawaii, prophetic utterances and hidden sayings ( 'olelo huna , i.e., speech with secret meaning) were relied on."

In Chapter Six of Hawaiian Mythology by Martha Beckwith (University of Hawaii Press, 1970) she relates ideas that her Hawaiian informants told her of twelve sacred islands that in very ancient times lay close to Hawaii and with which there was frequent communication. These islands were inhabited by spirit beings, but humans used to travel back and forth to them (a very shamanic concept).

After the great political and religious changes around the middle of the thirteenth century these spirit islands are said to have been rarely seen. They are also said to have been able to move under the sea, on the horizon or into the air like a cloud according to the will of the spirit chief.

One of the most famous of these spirit islands is called "Kanehunamoku," usually translated as "The hidden island of Kane."

"Kane" in this sense was a kind of creator spirit.

As for the translation, "The hidden island of Kane" would normally be translated as "MokuhunaoKane" or even "Kanemokuhuna."

The phrase as it appears in ancient chants, "Kanehunamoku," would be better translated as "Land of the invisible creative spirit."

In Pukui and Elbert's Hawaiian Dictionary the phrase po'o huna is translated as "mysterious, hidden, invisible, as the gods," so rendering "Kanehuna" as "invisible Kane" is a valid translation.

All of this is significant because there are many tales of "Kanehunamoku" in which humans travel there, learn esoteric knowledge (i.e., knowledge of arts and crafts unknown to humans before then) and return to share that knowledge with the rest of humanity.

The following chant by Edith Kanaka'ole is very clear in its use of the word huna:

O na mea huna no'eau o na mele e

E ho mai, e ho mai, e ho mai e

Further intensive research could probably turn up more instances in which the word "Huna" was actually used by Hawaiians in reference to secret or esoteric knowledge, even without resorting to the word kahuna with all its roots and implications.

That "ka 'ike huna," the esoteric knowledge of using the power of the mind to influence nature and events was practiced by the Hawaiians there is no doubt. References to it are abundant in a great deal of written records. However, this is only a simple article intended to show that Huna was a part of ancient Hawaiian culture. I will end by listing seven proverbs from the book by Pukui mentioned above which also show that the ancient Hawaiians were aware of the Seven Principles.

1. 'A'ohe pau ka 'ike i ka halau ho'okahi , "All knowledge is not taught in one school," a variation on the idea that there are many sources of knowledge and many ways to think about things. Therefore, "The world is what you think it is."

2. 'A'ohe pu'u ki'eki'e ke ho'a'o 'ia e pi'i , "No hill is too high to be climbed," a way of saying that nothing is impossible and that "There are no limits."

3. He makau hala 'ole , "A fishhook that never fails to catch," said of one who always gets what he wants. The fishhook was a primary symbol of concentrated attention, and a good fishhook could attract fish even without bait. So, "Energy flows where attention goes."

4. Wela ka hao! , "Do it now!" In other words, "Now is the moment of power."

5. He 'olina leo ka ke aloha , "Joy is in the voice of love." Or, "To love is to be happy with..."

6. Aia no i ka mea e mele ana , "Let the singer select the song," a poetic way of acknowledging that "All ppower comes from within.

7. 'Ike 'ia no ka loea i ke kuahu , "An expert is recognized by the altar he builds." As Pukui puts it, "It is what one does and how well he does it that shows whether he is an expert." Put a different way, "Effectiveness is the measure of truth."

Aloha in the Hawaiian sense actually refers to “a sharing of joyful energy within the present moment.” In other words, it’s about being “happy with” yourself and others. And the degree to which you can do this is the degree that you are able to share love.

Here, love is considered an active thing – a joyful energy that is passed between the participants.

Certainly the energy that is shared between ourselves and others is influenced by the focus of our thoughts.

So, how exactly, can we focus our thoughts to support loving relationships?

Here are 5 ways that were shared with me some time ago through the teachings of Serge King:

1. Focus on the positive qualities in yourself and others. That increases confidence. Focus on the positive benefits of the relationship(s). That increases harmony.

2. When your focus is continually drawn to past events (especially if they were unhappy,) or future events, the love is diminished. Know that love is created anew, each moment, every day. Focus your attention in the moment.

3. By blessing – that is, giving and receiving praise, acknowledgement and appreciation – love is increased. Love is decreased by the separation caused from judgment and criticism. Remember to bless often.

4. When you regularly focus to acknowledge your own source of power, your Spirit, you generate more confidence and harmony from within. That increases your loving interactions with others. Choose to focus on Spirit more often.

5. When you use loving means, such as loving combinations of words, images, feelings and actions that bring harmony within your relationships, love is increased. If you want a loving outcome, use loving means.

There you have it. It’s so very simple and yet so powerfully effective. Yet, I must admit that it’s not always easy. I’m sure you often catch yourself, like I do, acting from old negative programming rather than from these concepts…

However, as Loving Relationships become more and more a priority, our focus makes it possible for us to adopt these as a “way of life” rather than as tools we happen to use when we remember.

Dozens of Essence Makers Beyond Bach Have Useful Health Applications

Did you know that there are dozens of companies around the globe manufacturing vibrational and flower essences today?

Most people know the 38 Bach Flower Remedies. However, starting back in the 1970s, essence companies have cropped up all around the world. Their total of thousands of products differ widely, consumers because increasing the range of the essences available and the types of challenges they are able to address.

There can be considerable differences between the essences made from the same species of plant from one company's offerings to another. Why is this? Is it a problem with manufacturing or testing procedures? Poor quality control? Or something else?

These differences are not a result of some failing on the part of essence companies. Instead, they’re an illustration of some of the fascinating qualities, laws, and methodologies of energy healing.

A Wide Variety of Factors Make a Difference

The individual plant or flower used makes one difference. It is not correct to assume that each, say, tulip is identical energetically to every other one of the species and type. Gardeners can affirm the differences between individual plants in the ways each thrives and grows (or the way they don't). If such variety exists on the physical plane, of course the same would be true of the non-physical world where the life force of essences reside.

Location of the essence making (and consumption, too) is another factor. The energies in one region of the world -- or even on one particular patch of land -- are different from those found in others, and will effect the experience of both making and using the essence.

The vibrational or flower essence maker is yet another important factor. Each "line" of essences has its own internal consistency and focus. Each plant/mineral/whatever has many, many energies but each maker captures only certain ones. There will be commonalities between essences by different makers made from the same species of plant, but there will certainly be differences that will affect each person's experience with the essence.

The Effects of Individual Beliefs, Feelings, and Thoughts

Differences also come about from other humans who may be involved in the essence process, from maker to practitioner to consumer. Their conscious and unconscious intentions play an unknown part in the effect the essence has on the final product and its effects.

Intention can be defined as a combination of the thoughts, ideas, feelings, state of being, and focus of each of the humans involved. Because essences work in the realm of energy, they are affected by other energies like thoughts and feelings, particularly of the person involved in the making and selecting.

In a similar way, the person who uses an essence for himself or loved ones can influence its action through his expectations, beliefs and intentions.

The word "Hawai'i" is not only the name of several islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, it is also the name of an ancient people.

As all Hawaiian words are conceptual in nature and have many meanings, what they mean is determined by the context in which they are used.

Let's break the word Ha-wai-i into some of it's root meanings.
"Ha" is the sacred breath of creation of life;
"wai" is the sacred water that sustains life and a symbol of great abundance;
"i" emphasizes what comes before it.

So, a very simplified translation of Hawaii is
"an abundance of the forces that create and sustain life" within these people and their islands called Hawaii, and Aloha is their way of life.

Lomilomi means "shift". Healing requires a change in the existing belief system. Shift your energy into what is possible. EMPOWERING THE GOD WITHIN. Lomilomi comes from the " 'aina", the land, and is a form of prayer, connecting to a Higher Source for healing.

Raised to the level of spiritual healing, in today’s world, lomilomi from all lineages and traditions is a fundamental tool for serving the spirit of Aloha. Lomilomi offers the receiver the empowerment of taking on the responsibility of committing to the spiritual practice of loving one’s self as a path to enlightenment. Instead of seeing God as a force outside of us, the Hawaiians see God as a force that resides within each of us. This Divine Light ‘within’ produces health, wealth and happiness ‘without’.

Lapa'au means "healing". Say to yourself, "By the authority of my soul, I claim healing." Healing is the deep recovery of the whole or integrated person, a person living the intention of the Creator: living in joy, abundance and laughter.

Uncle Harry says, ‘Grace is the inalienable right of all beings to receive the light of God, the inalienable source of all healing. Grace is absolutely free, you don’t have to do anything to get it, just acknowledge the authenticity of who you are."

Consciously hold with acceptance the capacity to generate currents of love.

The powerful wisdom shared in the sacred circles infuses everyone present with profound healing vibrations for creating the life they want most to live. Circle cultures claim their own authority and power, navigating with the HEART, instead of negotiating with the mind.

Create a sphere of Divine Light, "Kaleilei", where conscious, unconscious and super-conscious come together.

Ho'oponopono resolves what is, and moves you forward. Move past boundaries. Many profound things to consider about forgiveness and the metaphysics of how it actually takes place.

The foundation of all healing is born of forgiveness.

Expand your perspective and be released from the bondage of resentment and judgment. Do not take on problems. Forgiveness does not mean you have to give in and return to abuse. This kind of forgiveness will sever you from what was causing the abuse in the first place.

Unforgiveness keeps us in a trance state of unfulfillment.

In order for us to receive more of what we really want, we must willingly cultivate the ancient law of “Grace receiving Gratitude,” becoming authentically grateful for all that has been given us, and surrendering to receive more Grace, naturally to return gratitude.

In the kahuna tradition, words are intended to rearrange energy. This chant carries a lot of mana (power, life force energy) and provides spiritual uplifting. Today, the Hawai'ian people continue to chant E Ku Mau Mau with an understanding of kaona (hidden, double meaning). This chant brings us together and asks us to work together to accomplish our goals.

The foundation of all healing is born of forgiveness. No healing can actually take place without letting go of limiting concepts and mind structures that release, resolve and dissolve the bondage of resentment and judgement.

The Water Spirit is known as "Chih" (wisdom, knowledge of right and wrong, ideals, goals, willpower) and is essentially our vital essence and the DNA blueprint for our earth journey. It contains ancestral wisdom and provides us with the clarity and will to live. Self-forgiveness and prayer increase faith.

Finally the Spirit of Wood is called "Hun" (courage). It is this spirit or energy which is said to move with us from lifetime to lifetime. Hun always wishes to change everything. "Hun" is like the potential in a seed to become the plant it is meant to be: acorns become oak trees, never pine trees. When Hun is happy, it is fulfilling its mission on earth.

"Divine Creator or Divine Intelligence – first of four elements of the mind, also known as the source or the creator within us and as the " 'omaka " in the Hawaiian language, which means "the source".

Your true calling lies here, for the gifts it brings transcend all the rest. It is the "Throne of Power," the gateway to the whole universe.

This is how you may understand the nature of your three hearts: The first rules all things physical; the second, or subtle heart, rules all things spiritual; the third, or Sacred heart, simply rules all things. It is the bridge that connects you with all reality.

The activation of your Sacred Heart is the final step in realizing your Oneness with all Beings. This is, in fact, its primary function. Once realized, you will know that all thoughts are shared, and you will then joyfully lend your Self to the highest service of Humanity.

This cannot be achieved with the lower heart, the subtle or second we have mentioned. It is still linked to the world you created in your imagination, but which has never been real in the Heart and Mind of God.

Do you understand the difference? Until now you have chosen to live within this dream, and the function of the lower heart is to lead you away from one world into the next, the world of shadows and mists into pure Light.

Once there, the upper, or Sacred Heart, becomes your guide. It will not lead you astray, for once it has opened then you will be free in a way that you cannot imagine now.

Once you learn to live within the Sacred Heart we share, then you will realize that you stand beside me, and the world of dreams will be healed.

The only change that needs to occur is a shift in your perception, or your awareness.

Today's goal is to awaken, then initiate your Sacred Heart.

Let's begin by identifying its position. You have perhaps seen pictures of the "Sacred Heart of Jesus" showing the physical heart with a Divine Flame above it.

The Divine Flame is the actual Sacred Heart, while the lower portion is a symbolic representation of what is normally called the "Heart Chakra."

The Sacred Heart is often envisioned as a threefold flame, and each flame is symbolic of the attributes present in a person whose heart has opened fully.

The first flame is blue, which is the color of empowerment or courage.

The second is yellow, which is the color of wisdom.

The third flame is pink, which is the color of unconditional love.

When these flames are combined as one they become violet, or the fire of transformation.

The former self is gone and you are left with only truth. The Self lives to fulfill its mission in Heaven and on earth. That, quite simply, is why you are here now.

Igniting the Flame:

We will now initiate your Sacred Heart that it may begin serving its true function. The purpose of this visualization is to harness the energy that is contained within your physical and subtle bodies, then ignite this energy within your upper heart.

You may think of it as similar to turing on a gas stove. First you turn on the gas, then a simple flame ignites a whole fire.

You are filled with energy now, some of which you call good or positive, while other forms are considered bad or negative. There is in reality no such thing as good or bad, positive or negative energy. Your thoughts alone make it appear this way, and it is by releasing these thoughts, or the story behind the thoughts, that you gain the ability to work with all your energy. That will be the purpose of this exercise.

Step One:
The first part of this exercise will help you realize that when there is no story attached to your energy, that it feels the same.

Begin by closing your eyes and relaxing.

Remember a time when you experienced great joy, the happiest moment in your life.

Remember this in as much detail as you can, and as you do, try to feel the emotions you were feeling then. Imagine that you are reliving the event. See and listen to the people around you. Allow yourself to feel the emotions as powerfully as you can. Now notice where in your body you feel the energy strongest. Perhaps it is in your heart, or in your mid-region.

Imagine a ball of light there, and while you continue to hold onto the story that triggered the emotion, place both hands over that spot. Know that the ball of light is attaching itself to your hand, then after a few seconds, if it is not already in your heart, begin moving your hand until the ball of energy is contained within your lower heart.

Step Two:
Now let the story drop away from your mind completely, and as you do this, see if the energy shifts or changes in any way.

Let it rest for a moment in your heart, the ball of light, vibrating strong.

Now let one of your hands move upward directly above the other. As you do this, imagine that you are drawing some of the energy to the region where your Sacred Heart rests.

Now it is like the burner that releases gas without the flame. Let it fill the region around your upper heart, the intoxicating gas of pure love.

It has been the destination of the energy all along, for it will always seek to go where it will serve humanity, just as your greatest joy seeks to express itself in the world. Feel this energy filling your Sacred Heart fully.

Step Three:
The ignition of the Sacred Heart three-fold flame is as simple as stating your intention. You have been given all power to create and seem to destroy, but yet you must now learn to use it skillfully.

As you hold your hand over the upper heart, say these three words, and as you say them breathe deeply knowing that they are igniting your truest light. Your intention is all that is needed now.

"It is done!"

You have said YES to the Universe, and your heart is now alive.

The more you focus on this life in the next three days the more you will feel its effects.

It is like a newborn child, needing you to feed and nurture it that it may grow strong and bright. Then you may understand with your mind what is already known in your heart.

Lesson Two

The gift of life cannot abandon you even in your death. It is this that secures your innocence for all eternity. Life is realized through you, and now is the time you chose to return to the purity in which you were created. Embrace it now, and your Sacred Heart will radiate through all the world.

Everything of your spirit is reflected in your body, just as everything in the mass consciousness of the world is reflected in the earth you claim.

When you were born all your Divine Gifts were mirrored in perfect balance within this Temple. You were able to communicate multi-dimensionally, to see yourself within the soul of all creatures, and to offer your love as it was and will always be offered back to you.

But after time a new world settled in around you, based upon untrue laws made to limit the expression of your life. Until then a gland called the thymus was strong within you, controlling and inspiring your natural healing and gifts.

When this word is broken down, "thy," and "mus," which is short for "muse," or "that which inspires," the gift of its presence is revealed.

But then you stopped listening to the inspiration it offered, and the thymus began shrinking. In most adults it is difficult to find at all, for the energy that flowed to and from it when you were a child has ceased.

Awakening the thymus is the physical counterpart to activating the Sacred Heart.

And as you do, the thymus, or Sacred Heart, is awakened again, and it grows within your physical body.

A bridge is then reestablished, one that leads back to your innocence.

You will cross this bridge and bring all those you love with you.

That is the true aim of this meditation.

Now that the Sacred Heart within has been reignited, we must keep the flame strong.

Here are two methods for fulfilling this, the first physical and the second spiritual.

1. Gently tap the area of the upper heart with three fingers, focusing on the flame within.

This visualization, combined with the tapping, will draw energy to this energetic center, and a connection will be made between the two worlds. This is the bridge I was referring to, and the awakened Sacred Heart will be the path that leads you there.

Follow these instructions several times a day and you will begin to feel a flow of energy you did not sense before. It is this flow that leads you to the second step.

2. Commit yourself to spending at least one hour a day for the next three days "Seeing" the Awakened Sacred Heart in others.

If you truly want to know yourself to be awake, see others as awake, regardless of any evidence to the contrary.

You cannot receive a gift you are not willing to give, otherwise you will still be forcing your mind into the "ego's theory of separation."

It is not real, for only the Love of God is eternal.

If you spend an hour a day seeing this in others, then both the upper and lower heart will expand beyond anything you have known till now. Then you will know the path you walk, and we will stand together in this holy recognition.

You do not need to say a word to anyone about this, in fact it is better that you do not. Only give. Only love. Your own Sacred Heart will then explode with Light, the Light that is your Home.

This is a simple path we walk together, but these are also the most important steps you will ever take.

There are awakened beings on every level now waiting for your assistance, and you will learn it only when your heart expands to contain the whole world.

You cannot hear until you learn to listen."

"A great deal of confusion exists regarding the terms Soul and Spirit. For many people they represent the same thing; for other philosophies Soul and Spirit represent very different things.

The Magnetic Heart is located in the center of the chest and it is different from the physical heart; it is sacred because it is eternal and dwells in infinity. It is self-aware and is the everlasting source of life, energy, and wisdom. The Magnetic Heart is different from our physical heart.

The Magnetic Heart is a combination of both Spirit and Soul. The human spirit is a point of infinite potential, and as a point of Infinity, it is our source of unlimited energy, abundance, life and consciousness.

The spirit is the Divine Spark, the part of the Creator that resides within the core of one’s Magnetic Heart. The Spirit is our internal “I Am”, our divine identity.

The Soul is the individual expression of consciousness to replicate or imitate the Creator’s work; to fulfill this mission the Soul is equipped with formidable intelligence, memory (not genetic intelligence) and self adjustable mechanisms to bring harmony and balance to any situation. The Soul envelops and protects the Spirit.

The Soul surrounds and protects the Spirit; it consists of seven concentric spheres of awareness or dimensions of intelligence.

Our Soul is the collector of all intense and profound experiences and emotions of all our life times; these strong experiences are imprinted on the seven spheres of awareness. Superficial experiences are not registered in the Soul.

The seven spheres of awareness or understanding (the Soul) are enclosed one within the other. Each one spins in a different direction, producing a unique color, light, and sound frequency. When the Sacred Magnetic Heart is in absolute harmony, the combination of the seven different colors manifests a clear light, similar to sunlight. This brilliant and translucent radiance is the light of Compassion.

This marvelous combination of Spirit (Aspect of God) in the center and Soul (the seven dimensions of consciousness) form the Magnetic Heart, which attracts (magnetizes) to our lives all that we need.

Many times the Sacred Magnetic Heart attracts what is necessary to restore harmony to one or more dimensions of consciousness. As we begin to walk along our true spiritual path, the dramas cease and our Sacred Magnetic Heart begins to magnetize synchronicities which accelerate our evolution."

Rites of passage and initiation have been practiced for millennia by all peoples in the Earth. The rites of the Munay-Ki are based on initiatory practices of the Inka and pre-Inka shamans of the Andes and the Amazon. They are presented the way that Alberto Villoldo, PhD., learned from his mentors, stripped of all trace of the cultures they come from. He did this to respect the native traditions, and to avoid the idea that persons from the West can become traditional shamans or Indians. He offers these rites with full permission from his teacher, don Manuel Quispe, who was the last great medicine man of the Q’ero Inka nation.

These rites are not only stages of initiation, but perhaps steps for the evolution of humanity. We must find the wisdom to create peace among all peoples. As part of a vast and immeasurable Universe, we must find a human story that is inclusive of the stars. And as our ability to destroy the world increases, we are called to step up to the task of assuming stewardship for all creation.

In essence, the rites are about stewardship. They are not ego-awards or recognition of any kind of achievement, nor do they make anyone special. On the contrary, they make one uniquely unimportant. Only then, from a position of no-ego, can we truly be of service.

The Munay-Ki are the nine rites of initiation to become a person of wisdom and power who has accepted the stewardship for all creation. The Munay-Ki comes from a Quechua word that means ‘I love you.’ The nine rites are common to all shamanic traditions, even though they are expressed in different forms and styles in different cultures. They derive from the great initiations from the Hindus Valley that were brought to the Americas by the first medicine men and women who crossed the Baring Straits from Siberia during the glacial period some 30,000 years ago. These courageous travelers were the Laika, the Earthkeepers of old.

The Laika have always been ordinary men and women who live extraordinary lives. They were not born with special gifts from Spirit; they have acquired uncommon grace and power through prayer, study of the wisdom teachings or Insights, and discipline. Some grew to be renowned leaders and healers, while others lived quiet lives, raising their children and growing corn. The Laika felt that people would come to the Munay-Ki when they were ready and felt a calling to do so.

Many of you have received such a calling from Spirit, and long to make a difference in the world and in your life. Since the Earthkeepers come from the future as well, they can help us to access who we’re becoming as humans 10,000 years from now. The memories from the past are available to the Laika who taps into that vast reservoir of knowledge that exists outside of time. The visions of the future come as possibilities, because everything in the future is still in potential form. That’s why Earthkeepers from the Hopi, the Maya, the Inka, and many other nations gather regularly to pray for peace on the earth. They do so by tracking along the possible futures for the planet to find one in which the rivers and the air are clean, and people live in harmony with each other and nature. The act of finding this desirable future installs it into our collective destiny and makes it a little bit more probable than it was before, because it has acquired another quanta of energy from these Earthkeepers.

When we connect with these luminous ones, their stories become our stories: We actually “remember” making our way across the Bering Straits or crossing the Sonora Desert into Central America, or even before that, making our way over the Himalayas to the fertile green valleys on our great journey north from India. When we partner with the Earthkeepers from the future, we make available to ourselves knowledge that can upgrade the quality of our DNA. This runs contrary to scientific wisdom, which says that our genes can only be informed by the past, by the gifts and illnesses our ancestors had. The Laika understand that when you are free of the bounds of time, the future can reach backwards like a giant hand to pull you forward. You can be influenced by who you are becoming.

As you receive the Munay-Ki, your chakras will become clear and you’ll acquire what the Laika know as the rainbow body. This is when your chakras glow with their original radiance. Remember that each of the chakras has a color, and when they’re shining with their original light, they emit the colors of the rainbow. When they’re dulled by trauma from this and from previous lifetimes, our LEF acquires a grayish hue and our chakras become pools of psychic sewage. Once we acquire a rainbow body, the luminous Earthkeepers can reach out to us because they recognize that we share a common vision and calling. When this happens, and if you’ve developed the ability to see into the invisible world, you can discern the former physical forms of these luminous ones. Sometimes, people will perceive these ancient Earthkeepers as Native American elders, wearing robes from Asia or furs from Siberia, or even feathers from the Amazon. Sometimes you’ll be able to perceive their thoughts and feelings. And you will have access to their wisdom and their stories. Eventually, as you experience the 7th, 8th, and 9th initiation, you can download a new and better version of the software that informs the LEF, which will then inform your DNA, giving it instructions on how to create a new body that will age, heal, and die differently.

There’s nothing you need to do to attract these luminous Earthkeepers. They will come to you when you invite them to do so and are ready to receive them. When the student is ready, the master appears. They will not disturb you in any way, but are available to support you in your efforts to bring a bit more light and healing into the world. They’re also there to protect you from the negativity and fearful energies in the world today.

The Nature of the Luminous Beings

These luminous ones are our medicine lineage, who are looking after the well-being of the planet. The Buddhists call them Bodhisattvas. They are the finest spiritual allies anyone can have, and they provide us with knowledge on how one becomes an angel. This is what the prophecies of the Laika mean when they tell us that we have the potential to become Homo luminous. As we become Earthkeepers, we can develop the luminous energy fields of angels within our lifetime. The Munay-Ki offers us the energetic keys to do this.

Initiation Rites

The training of the Earthkeepers has an energetic component, a series of initiations that help us to develop a new architecture in our luminous energy field. The rites anchor each of the critical junctures in the process of becoming homo luminous.

The nine rites are the sum total of attunements that we go through as we transit from the body of a human to the luminous body.

When an Earthkeeper gifts the Munay-Ki to a student, it is the lineage of luminous beings that transmits itself. To transfer this energetic information, the Earthkeeper simply maintains sacred space and embodies the vibration of the level she wants to transmit. While you can’t undergo these initiations on your own, once you receive them, the rites are yours to transmit to others as you wish.

The Nine Rites

The first rite consists of protections installed in your luminous energy field (LEF). These are known as the Bands of Power, and consist of five energetic bands representing earth, air, fire, water, and pure light. The Bands of Power were transmitted by Juan Victor Nuñez del Prado, whose father was one of the original discoverers of the Q’ero nation. These bands are installed in your Luminous energy field, and act as filters, breaking down into one of the five elements any negative energies that may come your way. The Bands of Power are always ‘on’, and provide essential protection.

The second rite is the Healers rite, which connects you to a lineage of Earthkeepers from the past that come and assist you in your personal healing. The Healers Rite is known as the Hampe blessing and comes from the highland Q’ero people. The Laika know that we have tremendous spiritual assistance available to us. These luminous beings work on us during our meditation and sleep time to heal the wounds of the past and of our ancestors.

The third is the Harmony rites, in which you receive seven archetypes into your chakras. The Harmony Rite comes from the lowland Q’ero, the Huachipayre people from the edge of the Amazon. Alberto Villoldo learned it from don Alejandro Cahuanchi, a renowned healer. In the first chakra, you receive the archetype of serpent; jaguar goes into the second; hummingbird into the third; and eagle into the fourth. Then, three “archangels” go into your upper three chakras. Huascar Inka, the keeper of the lower world and the unconscious is transmitted into the fifth chakra; Quetzalcoatl, the feathered serpent God of the Americas, and keeper of the middle world (our waking world) goes into the sixth; and Pachakuti, the protector of the upper world (our super-conscious) and keeper of the time to come goes into the seventh chakra.

These archetypes are transmitted into your chakras as seeds. These seeds germinate with fire, and you have to perform a number of fire meditations to awaken them and help them grow. Afterward, they help combust the psychic sludge that has built up in your chakras, so that your chakras can shine with their original light as you acquire a rainbow body. This rite helps you to shed your past the way the serpent sheds her skin.

Next are the Seer rites. The Seers rite is practiced in many different forms among the North Coast peoples of Peru, (the descendants of the Chimu and Moche cultures), and by the seers and trackers of the Amazon. This rite installs filaments of light extending from your visual cortex in the back of your head to your third eye and heart chakras. This practice awakens your ability to perceive the invisible world. Many of our students at the Healing the Light Body School find that a few months after receiving the Seer rites, they’re able to perceive the world of energy around them.

Numerology

The language of 'Numbers' represents the phenomenal reality of the cosmos.

Before numbers can evolve however, there needs to be a space within which to work.

This is represented by the zero.

The zero provides the space for all possible evolution of numbers.

It represents the potential of all numbers, while at the same time represents no number.

The zero is drawn like a circle (more like an ellipse) to represent that it has no beginning and no end.

In mathematics, dividing any number into zero will always equal zero. In addition, dividing any number by zero is undefined (or infinite).

The common number system that is in use today is called the base 10 number system. This means that there are 10 primary digits (0 - 9) that can be used in combination with each other to form a mathematical language.

The potential of any digit is always the greatest number in its base system. So for the base 10 system, the number 9 is of greatest significance.

The '9' will represent the culmination of our evolutionary process, as well as the location allotted for the adjusting and balancing of all limitations encountered through such evolution.

One
The symbology of 1 was (probably) first described as a circle (zero) with a dot in the center.

In ancient symbology this symbol also stood for the Sun, or the source of all life. From 1 comes everything else.

One is an expression of the state of pure consciousness, a representation of the infinite. Any number divided by 1 will always return itself.

Therefore, 1 has been termed the number of identity. There is complete harmony in the state of 1, as there are no distortions present there. Equally though, since there is nothing but 1, there is no way to experience it; it just IS. But in the stillness of universal consciousness resides the harmonic principle of duality, in its potential state. Therefore, the Creator, in an effort to experience Self, projected the Soul into the realm of duality in order to create the opportunity for experience. And it is this projection of Creator that then is exposed through the principle of numbers.

Two
Though 2 can be visualized as a product of 2 ones, it is also in and of itself, prime.

Two, as represented by duality, exists in a myriad of forms throughout the cosmos and, as such, must be considered as an entity all of its own.

In the realm of duality (2), we have the phenomena of, for instance, the laws of attraction and repulsion, the polarities of yin and yang, the numbers odd and even, cause and effect, etc.

Three
Three is the first created number, being the product of 1 and 2.

It exists as the union of 1 and 2, being the child of that union.

It cannot exist without either one of them, and as it dissolves, it returns to them. Due to the requirements just stated, 3 is best represented as the number of creation, or of that which is created.

Four
Just as 1 corresponds to 2, 2 corresponds to 4 in a similar way. Thus 4 is also revealed as a prime number.

The best example of this is the symbol of the '+', or cross. It is not enough to say that the circle is divided by 2 twice.

Four represents the phenomenal manifestation in nature described through the 4 directions, the 4 suits, the 4 elements, the 4 cardinal points of the zodiac, the angles of a square, etc.

Due to its association with the manifestation of nature, it best represents the structure through which the cosmos is built.

Seven
The product of the 3 primary numbers (1, 2 and 4) gives 7, which has been termed the number of Potency.

The numbers 5 and 6 are created numbers from the primaries 1 + 4 = 5 and 2 + 4 = 6.

When we build a triangle pointing up of the prime numbers (1, 2 and 4), and intersect it with another triangle of the created numbers pointing down, this figure, representing the interlocking of 2 triangles, is found in a number of metaphysical and mystical texts.

The triangle of Spirit (1,2,4) merges with the triangle representing the 3 created numbers of Matter (3,5,6). with the merging of the heavenly and earthly triangles, the number 7 is created, representing the spirit behind manifestation.

At the moment that the interlocking triangles converge in the top circle, a bottom circle emerges, as shown in the diagram above.

The top circle represents our physical plane opportunity to contact spirit, and the bottom circle is a spiritual plane replication of the top circle as each number transits through the 7 revealing its higher octave aspect.

K = 13

When any number in the bottom circle is added to its counterpart--that number opposite it through the diagonal--we get the number 21, or (3) 7's.

When 21 is reduced to a single digit it adds up to 3 (shown in the center).

The number 3 is the first created number--being a product of the prime numbers 1 and 2--and is related to the act of creation, or evolution.

For every point in the top circle, there is an higher octave aspect in the bottom circle.

The diagram below shows this relationship as the number system is laid out over the chakra system.

Here we find that when the pairs of numbers at each chakra level are added together we get 14, or (2) 7's.

When that number is reduced to a single digit we are given 5, the number of Soul.

This suggests that the purpose for the journey into physical manifestation is for the evolution of the Soul.

7 Dimensions

The 1st Dimension provides the raw materials available to our incarnation, and symbolizes contact with the mineral kingdom.

The 2nd Dimension provides the arena for growth, and is represented by the plant kingdom.

The 3rd Dimension signifies the opportunity for movement or activity, and represents our contact with the animal kingdom.

The 4th Dimension is the meeting place of Heaven and Earth, and represents the human kingdom.

The 5th Dimension signifies the spiritual counterpart to the 3rd chakra, and represents our contact with the community of angels. Outwardly it houses the Throat chakra, which provides the opportunity to Create the moment through use of the spoken word. As counterpart to the 3rd chakra, the 5th chakra provides the location for the original will, a harmonic of the Will of God, to operate through the body.

The 6th Dimension signifies the spiritual counterpart to the 2nd chakra, and represents our contact with the community of arch-angels. Outwardly it represents the eyes, but spiritually the 3rd Eye - which directs and focuses the 3 rays of Divine Light onto the Brow chakra. The Brow chakra thus acts in a way similar to the retina of our eyes. As counterpart to the 2nd chakra, the 6th chakra provides the location for the original desire to be made visible.

The 7th Dimension signifies the spiritual counterpart to the 1st chakra, and symbolizes our contact with Creator (thus revealing the transcendental nature of the 7th chakra), providing the location where the Dance of Life plays out. As the Divine Light interpenetrates the central brain, the Pineal gland is activated within, essentially nourishing the Souls existence, which is the Dance of Shiva, or the Purpose of the individual Soul's incarnation. The Eye of Shiva opens to expose the universal consciousness resident in this union of the Dance of life and the Dance of Shiva.

In the 1st image, the red circle with black dot (drop of divine nectar) appears (1), while simultaneously the diagonal (2) emerges - dividing the space equally.

This reveals the black circle with red dot (the karmic drop of physicality - 3, the created one).

The red circle (Heaven) above the diagonal (the veil) with the black circle below (Earth) signifies the realm of all possibility (4).

Taken as a whole, this image resembles the lemniscate in its upright position. The lemniscate is a mathematical symbol for infinity, which resembles a figure-eight on it’s side.

The 2nd image represents movement within infinity.

The drop of divine nectar, Heaven, crosses the firmament, but its central point stays attached to the diagonal.

At the same time, the karmic drop is magnetically drawn up through the diagonal both equal and opposite to its heavenly counterpart.

Again, this image has embedded within it the number eight, but this time rotated 90 degrees - resembling the lemniscate.

The 3rd image shows that the Drops continue their movement until they reach the fullness of the space.

The representation of the Heart appearing upside-down in this image is reflective of the phenomena similar to what happens in our eyes (as well as our 3rd Eye).

The rays are refracted and focused by the lens onto the retina causing the image to appear upside-down.

The Heart represents our emergence into physical reality, where as the evolved spade represents the perfected response to all choice, called here The Cherub.

The Cherub represents a place within each of us that knows the difference between right action and wrong action - and can be contacted at any moment.

Since each individual will have their own unique contract with Creator, the concept of right action and wrong action will be unique to each.

Thus, the Cherub represents the ultimate honesty and supercedes any written document.

Circulation of the Light

The Circulation of Light is an operation of alchemy in which the light of consciousness (or life force) is progressively purified and concentrated through three symbolic cauldrons within the body. The goal is to create a Body of Light allowing us to function on a more evolved plane of existence.

The first of these inner cauldrons is the Lower Tan Tien, which is situated in the abdomen between the pelvis and navel. Sexual, vital, and spiritual essences are gathered and blended, energizing the first three chackras. Once this solar channel of yang energy is energized, it is brought up the primary or governor channel along the back or dorsal of the spine.

The Middle Tan Tien cauldron is between the solar plexus and diaphragm and its energies are associated with the heart, lungs, and throat. This is where the soul finds expression, activating the heart and throat chakras.

The Upper Tan Tien is known as the Crystal Palace. This “precious” cauldron at the center of the brain is also called the Sacred Square Inch, the Heavenly Heart, or the Cavity of Spirit. It is where the higher self or spirit from Above dwells, activating of the third eye or brow and crown chakras.

The Upper Tan Tien is associated with the center of the brain where the pineal gland is located. When this gland is activated, it is said to become illuminated like thousands of shining crystals, able to receive light (as energy and knowledge) from the universe that descends to the heart center, where it mixes with the ascending “Red Drop” to attain an enlightened body and mind.

All this activity is referred to as the Sacred Marriage, a kind of cosmic sex act in the head. The phallic-shaped pineal gland releases a pure white liquid light that impregnates the nearby bi-lobed pituitary gland, which then releases hormones in the blood that inaugurate a Spiritual awakening in the body.

This final stage is not accomplished in just a single round of operations but must continue until all impurities have been eliminated, and the light is in its most concentrated form. Thus, the purified inner light is returned from the Upper Tan Tien to the Lower Tan Tien down the lunar channel of yin energy or secondary Functional Channel along inside of the spine.

The energy is then once again guided by thought and imagination inward to the center of the body, where it is progressively refined and transmuted through the three cauldrons.

The Circulation of the Light may be repeated daily for months or even years, until enough of the “light” collects to crystallize in the cauldron with-in the brain. According to Chinese alchemists, the subtle matter distilled through this process congeals into a Golden Pill, which is the adept’s passage to perfect health and even immortality.

Western alchemists would call the product of these repeated distillations the “Mother of the Stone.”

But the goal is the same in both systems: to create a Body of Light allowing us to function on a more evolved plane of existence than in the ordinary physical body.

Here, love is considered an active thing – a joyful energy that is passed between the participants.

Certainly the energy that is shared between ourselves and others is influenced by the focus of our thoughts.

So, how exactly, can we focus our thoughts to support loving relationships?

Here are 5 ways that were shared with me some time ago through the teachings of Serge King:

1. Focus on the positive qualities in yourself and others. That increases confidence. Focus on the positive benefits of the relationship(s). That increases harmony.

2. When your focus is continually drawn to past events (especially if they were unhappy,) or future events, the love is diminished. Know that love is created anew, each moment, every day. Focus your attention in the moment.

3. By blessing – that is, giving and receiving praise, acknowledgement and appreciation – love is increased. Love is decreased by the separation caused from judgment and criticism. Remember to bless often.

4. When you regularly focus to acknowledge your own source of power, your Spirit, you generate more confidence and harmony from within. That increases your loving interactions with others. Choose to focus on Spirit more often.

5. When you use loving means, such as loving combinations of words, images, feelings and actions that bring harmony within your relationships, love is increased. If you want a loving outcome, use loving means.

There you have it. It’s so very simple and yet so powerfully effective. Yet, I must admit that it’s not always easy. I’m sure you often catch yourself, like I do, acting from old negative programming rather than from these concepts…

However, as Loving Relationships become more and more a priority, our focus makes it possible for us to adopt these as a “way of life” rather than as tools we happen to use when we remember.

One nice thing about the Hawaiian version of the secret is that it includes specific instructions for putting it into practice. These instructions can be found in the roots of a little-understood Hawaiian word, haipule.

It's original meaning as a whole word was based on the word hai (to offer) plus pule (prayer, blessing, spell).

Haipule is an Hawaiian word which means "to dream a new life or reality into being."
That is, haipule is a term relating to a process for making good things happen.

The actual process describe four ways to maintain a positive focus, which is the key ingredient of the secret.

Ha, meaning "life, breath, spirit."
Breathe deeply and get emotionally excited while thinking about what you want, or at least feel as positive and happy as you can. When you lose your focus, breathe deeply to get back into the present and start over.

I, meaning "to speak."
Speak the words that describe what you want, aloud or silently. When you find yourself speaking negative words related to what you want, stop, breathe, and go back to saying what you want instead.

Pu, meaning "to issue forth, to appear like smoke."
This is a poetic description of imagination. Imagine what you want in as much sensory detail as you can. When you find yourself imagining what you don't want, stop, breathe, and imagine what you want again.

Le, a short form of lele meaning, basically, "to move."
Whenever you are thinking or speaking about what you want, assume a positive posture and move in confident ways. When you find yourself feeling depressed, helpless or disillusioned in relation to what you want, stop, take a deep breath, and change your posture or the way you move into a more positive and confident mode.

You don't have to do everything every time you think of what you want, but each method reinforces the other and helps you to maintain your positive expectation.

Expand and enrich your life.

The Vesica Pisces is one of the most widely used geometries from ancient to modern times.

In three dimensions this shape is two spheres which have merged so that the center of each lies on the edge of the other.

Certified Organic oils are many times refined! How did we find out this information? We called the refineries ourselves!

We also questioned well known organic companies producing foods and oils and found that they used organic partially processed oils. Many times, doing your own research is necessary when sketchy labeling leaves you with questions.

WARNING ABOUT NATURAL FLAVORS:
How many times have you seen a label that has naturals flavor as an ingredient? In calling the company that makes the item, which we did, we found out that is covers everything from MSG to annatto, both of which can cause migraines.

Partially refined oils have been deodorized, the single most damaging process in the oil refinement process! This process takes place at 450-500 degrees for at least 30-45 minutes, until all living essentials and colors are evaporated. (Convection ovens are used with extremely high steam heat.)

Companies do this for increased shelf-life resulting in better financial profits and to give oils a flat neutral oil base to suite their buyers’ specific needs. This processed and partially processed oil is used in cereals, baked goods and processed foods. Fully refined oils are used for cosmetics, soaps, shampoos, lotions, hormone and nicotine patches, some medicines and most massage oils.

By clearing any negative vibrations that may be attached to any person, place or thing, these four phrases can also attract positive vibrations to every area of your life.

The fun part is ... you are saying the phrases to yourself to clear whatever is happening inside you that resonates with any problem that comes to your attention.

I can easily wrap my heart and mind around the idea that I can always ask forgiveness for whatever part I have contributed to any problem.

You will discover that saying the phrases makes you happy.

Recently a check out person at WholeFoods was really grumpy and rude to us. On the way out the door, my daughter says, "I am sorry that checker was so rude." " I love us because we are clearing the negative energy instead of getting mad."

The first day of our vacation at Harstine, my daughter called from home saying that she had accidently locked her keys in the car and AAA wouldn't come if I wasn't there. The car was in the driveway of our home, but of course the spare key was no where to be found. I was very stressed and frustrated when I hung up the phone.....not the way I wanted to start my vacation.....and once again, my other daughter chimes in, "I am sorry". Then I immediately joined in with "Please forgive me." "I love you." "Thank you." And we were laughing as we said it again..... and again..... and just one more time for emphasis!

Especially now with all the troubling news about politics, the economy, and natural disasters, this is a very useful, positive way to contribute to the possibility of a solution instead of staying stuck in the problem.

For example:
Say to yourself with Sarah in mind, "I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you." (IT WORKED!)

Say to yourself with the stock market in mind, " I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you."

In the healing ways of indigenous people, the restorative power of gratitude was well understood. A heart filled with gratitude generates actions and prayers that complete the circle between the gift offered to us, the receiver of the gift, and the sacred source of the gift. To offer prayers of thanksgiving is a gesture of rejoicing in discovering the many gifts that life brings us.

Here is a practice to dwell in gratitude and thanksgiving:

Sitting quietly, shift toward dynamic balance with a few minutes of mindful breathing.

Bring to mind someone for whom you are deeply grateful. As you breathe in, take this person to heart. Breathing out, let your heartfelt gratitude shine deeply and brightly to them and through them. If we hold onto an illusion for long enough, it becomes more than just a mental or emotional idea in our energy system and will manifest in our physical body and affect our health.

For example, if your parents told you when you were small that you were a “pain in the neck”, you might believe it and proceed in all your interactions, even into adulthood, with the belief that you were an irritation to others. Eventually you might actually experience a pain in your neck.

All Life is Energy

All life is energy. Every nerve impulse in your body is an electric current. Our muscles are powered by chemical energy. Every cell in your body is a mini-battery pumping out 70-90 millivolts—when healthy.

The steak and potatoes that you eat for dinner are really just fuel for the fire. Eating is like throwing coal in a furnace. Digestion is nothing more than a slow form of burning that produces energy for your body to live on. In fact, death itself is defined as the absence of electrical activity in the brain. In the end, all life is energy.

Energy is neither good nor bad; it just is. It’s just a question of what frequency and amplitude you use and how you use it. And the same is true of all forms of energy.

The proper use of energy in the healing arts has a long and significant history. From the TENS machines and laser surgery to the use of sound waves to break up kidney stones, or X-rays and magnetic fields to see into the body and the use of light to clean the blood. (And, of course, the laying on of hands – a healing art that becomes a whole lot less arcane once you understand the working principle behind it.)

We’re talking about everything from electricity to magnetism, from light to sound. The only difference between all of these forms of energy is how fast the waves rise and fall (the frequency) and how intense those rises and falls are (their amplitude).

Theoretically, the idea is that there are all kinds of energies and sub atomic particles around us at all times, The TENS machine which use electric current to stimulate and relax muscles directly and a magnetic field to improve blood flow and block pain.

Water molecules contain electrical forces that cause the molecules to cluster together. (In fact, the overall charge of the water molecule is neutral, but the charge is not uniform over the entire molecule meaning that it tends to create an electric dipole, carry a positive charge at one end and a negative charge at the other.) This is easily seen in the way water beads up on the surface of a car after you wash it. If you disrupt those electrical forces, fewer molecules cluster together, which means the water clusters are smaller – making them better able to move in and out among the fibers of your clothes so the water cleans better or in and out through the walls of the cells in your body so the water carries nutrients and waste in and out better.

In a sense, water can function like a tape recorder, it can “remember” the frequencies of objects and substances it comes in contact with. Another way of looking at this is that water is nature’s great mimic. It can store the frequencies of things it comes in contact with and mimic the properties inherent in those frequencies/substances.

Every substance or object (animate or inanimate) absorbs and radiates energy in its own unique way. That is to say, every substance has its own unique energy fingerprint. This is even easier to understand when it comes to living beings. At every level we are fundamentally energy beings. Our entire body is built of a complex of electrical systems – even to the point that every single cell in our bodies functions as a mini battery.

The 8 Hz resonant frequency of the earth is known as the Schumann Resonance. An 8Hz standing wave helps reinforce your body’s own bio-electric field protecting it from damage caused by disruptive manmade frequencies such as the 60 Hz current in our buildings. There are actually a number of different healing frequencies, each helping in a different way.
At all times, your body is generating a complete spectrum of energies and frequencies – from the very beneficial to the not so beneficial. It absolutely is possible to concentrate and reflect the body’s own energy to promote healing.

People who are healthy tend to exhibit more of the beneficial frequencies at higher levels of intensity; whereas people who are ill tend to exhibit fewer of those frequencies and at lower levels of intensity.

We can be affected by energy applied to the body. Since every human body can generate and accept energy, it is possible for bodies to pass energy from one to the other. Everyone can do it. Some have talent and work to develop it. These are the people we call “healers.”

Anyone who makes the effort can learn to both feel and manipulate the energy. At that point it’s no longer theoretical. And this brings up a great question: if it’s so easy to feel, how come we don’t all feel it all of the time? How can something real be there but we can’t see it or feel it one moment, but can the next? If it’s real, wouldn’t we experience it all the time?

And the answer is very simple: we tune it out. Actually, this happens far more frequently than you might think. Our brains are bombarded with hundreds of thousands of bits of information every day. If we didn’t screen out “non essential” information, we would be overwhelmed by it.

Feeling energy moving in and out of your body is no different. The experience is there all the time. It’s just as real. We’re just shut down to it. To those who are oblivious to it, it’s easy to dismiss. Once you become sensitive to it, its reality is as unquestionable.

ARCH and Hawaiian Wisdom

Reiki has been called the Emerald Ray because it operates out of the heart chakra (it's traditional color is green). ARCH, the acronym for Ancient Rainbow Conscious Healing, is the next step beyond Reiki. ARCH uses the full spectrum and encompasses all of the rays. It has the ability to heal instantaneously and resonates at a high frequency.

Not only does it use all the frequencies, but also it first works on the unconscious level, which is where people hold onto blockages that stop complete healing from happening. Then it works on the conscious level and ultimately on the Higher Divine Self.

Understanding Flower Essences

Understanding Flower Essences can be a challenge. An explanation of Essences usually includes odd words like vibration and electrical field. To add insult to injury, when you ask us questions, we say more peculiar things like, "Any amount of Essence you use will work fine," or, "Rubbing Essences on your dog's ears will work as well as putting it in his water bowl." How can this be? Here is my latest attempt to explain these marvelous tools.

Flower Essences are INFORMATION, specifically electrical information. Though they come in a liquid, Flower Essences are NOT CHEMICAL. They will not do anything to you in the way that a chemical remedy might kill germs in your system. The liquid in the bottle is a way to store the electrical information of the Flower Essence because liquid holds electricity well. Here's an analogy. The paper that a newspaper is printed on is, to the news, as the liquid a Flower Essence is stored in is to a Flower Essence. Both the paper and the liquid are vehicles for information to get to you. Your electrical system seeks helpful electrical information to maintain itself.

This is a blessing and a prayer of forgiveness that I have humbly adapted from ancient Kanaka Maoli wisdom.

Ho’oponopono recognizes the negative situation and then moves past it to the positive benefit of the lesson learned from the experience, re-establishing health and balance. Balance is restored to the individual first and then throughout all of creation.

Ho’o means ‘to cause’ in Hawaiian and ponopono means ‘perfection’.
Pono means to ‘make right’, to ‘rectify an error’ or to ‘restore balance and harmony to all’.
Being restored to pono means being right with ourselves, each other and all things.
In, pono au, we all have the capacity, to create for ourselves anything we desire.
Pule means ‘prayer’ or ‘blessing’. Be encircled with Aloha blessings.

Let’s start easy.

Visualize clear blue sky to allow your mind to settle and rest…..or just allow relaxation to spread throughout your body. As you relax……. move the energy in your body into harmony, happiness, and gratitude.

As you breathe allow yourself to begin to experience a deep state of relaxation and …… begin experiencing your own internal power.

Experience how the energy in your body seemingly slows down while you exhale.

Now, as you inhale slowly, send your awareness deep down into the Earth below you, as if you have grown roots, down to the center of the Earth. Allow the power and resources you find there to travel up your roots. Everything in the universe is energy. Energy exists everywhere and when in motion creates an energy field allowing energy to be absorbed, conducted and transmitted.

Like all objects, the body radiates, absorbs and conducts frequency waves of energy. Each of our senses; seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling and touching, work through energies at specific frequency bands along the electromagnetic spectrum.

Our bodies may appear to be solid, but if we magnify the cells, molecules, and atoms of which we are composed, we would see that at the most basic level we are made up of subtle energy fields containing little, if any, matter. We are not just physical and chemical structures, but beings composed of energy.

Twenty years ago most of the electromagnetic spectrum was empty. Today, with more sophisticated measurement instrumentation, it is practically full. Science is finding that it is not the strong, high voltage-high intensity energies which cause the most change, but the lower, more subtle energies which are closer or more attuned to cellular communications in the body. Instruments such as the SQUID at M.I.T., Kirlian photographs, tensometers, and nuclear magnetic resonators have been used to detect extremely subtle energy fields emanating from all objects.

These latest discoveries show subtle energy forces in nature can penetrate everything, cause instantaneous reaction at incredible distances, do not behave according to known formulas, cannot be measured by conventional electronic test equipment, and represent a completely new spectrum of energy.

The references to this spectrum have been given many names such as: the second force of gravity, dowsing, radionics, scalar waves, L-fields, prana, Kirlian effect, chi, auras, orgone, the body electric or biofield. This biofield surrounds and is interwoven with the body. It serves as a communications device, a receiving and transmission system for converting coded information signals of energy into our thought, emotional and behavioral patterns as well as the life forming and healing powers of the physical body. The biofield surrounds and interpenetrates all matter.

The character of energy in the body is first electromagnetic and then ionic before it becomes molecular. As a result of this flow of energy from the most subtle to the most dense, disorders and degeneration in matter appear to result initially from imbalances in the subtle energies or biofields. Balanced biofields appear to supply energy to maintain a healthy state of matter.

Science defines energy as motion, and energy in the form of the motion of molecules and this arrangement is different as the form varies. For instance, the energy emanating from the activity of liver tissue would be different from that of the kidney, thyroid, stomach, pancreas, pituitary, or any other tissue of the body.

Atoms act like little radio transmitters broadcasting waves. Every person sends out waves of different lengths. Personal wave lengths are as individual as fingerprints. Each person and each individual part of the body produces different frequencies. Each organ, gland and tissue has its own vibration rate as well.

Researchers report that energy imbalances and blockages occurring in the field are usually due to trauma, stress, abuse, deficiencies, outside pathogens or auto-intoxication and immune dysfunction. The imbalances create subtle energy resistance at specific frequencies of the biofield. The imbalances may manifest themselves in many signs and signals such as: mental and emotional disorders, discomfort, pain, distress, etc.

Our bodies are constantly creating energy, constantly sending out and taking in wavelengths. Disease and disorder may also be caused by interferences in the natural vibrational frequencies. The primary objective may be the removal of these interferences and to correct harmonic balance.
The new frequencies of substance particles are said to interact with the process of metabolism and cell division. In one year every cell dies and is regenerated. Since this process is constantly going on in the body, the new cells will come in at the higher rate of vibration and the imbalanced cells will automatically fall away.

A medical drug, herb, homeopathic remedy or nutritional supplement works because the radiating signal it emits has the right harmonic relationship with those of the disease and the part of the body being affected. A part of the wave form being emitted by the drug, herb or whatever forms a discord with the radiations of the disease. Therefore, to achieve and maintain health, one must protect the energy flow throughout one's body. This energy must remain unblocked and in balance.
