WELCOME from SALLY HOLMES REED

Flower and Energy Essences are a very special type of holistic healing that work with the nature spirits and elementals that give form to all living things. Our nervous system receives and transmits knowledge, accessing the bio-energy/life force that is unique to each flower or natural material. Essences work in subtle, gentle and safe ways on the fields of energy within and around our body, allowing healing to take place at all levels.

The Hawaiian language is beautiful and complex. The word, Akua, has many meanings. I use it here to mean the invisible, creative essence of nature, including the nature spirits that surround us. Please use these Essences with deep love and gratitude for the guidance, love, friendship and total commitment to our healing from the Flower and Nature Spirits.

Allow me to be your guide in choosing and working with the vibrational healing qualities of Flower & Energy Essences. Working co-creatively with the Akua, nature spirits, devas and elementals, each drop of the healing waters of Flower & Energy Essences vibrates with its own positive healing quality.

Molly from Green Hope Farm reminds us to follow our hearts when being guided to take Flower Essences.

It is my greatest pleasure to offer my combined training and experience in holistic hypnosis, vibrational healing, meridian tapping, educational kinesiology, breath awareness and Hawaiian healing to begin the process of change, activate healing and inspire a beautiful life with intuition, expertise, elegance, compassion, grace, truth, love and gratitude.

I hope you benefit from the information shared here. If this is different from what you have been taught, I am sorry. Please enjoy what is of interest to you and leave the rest.

Take care, Sally

Ancestors from the rising to the setting sun
From the zenith to the horizon
Ancestors who stand at our back and front
You who stand at our right hand

A breathing in the heavens
An utterance in the heavens
A clear, ringing voice in the heavens
A voice reverberating in the heavens
Here are your descendants, the Hawaiians

Safeguard us
That we may flourish in the heavens
That we may flourish on earth
That we may flourish in the Hawaiian islands

Grant us knowledge
Grant us strength
Grant us intelligence
Grant us understanding
Grant us insight
Grant us power
The prayer is lifted, it is free.

Golden Bach Essences

Read more at: http://www.starfloweressences.com/starry-blog

"There I began getting a very powerful message to "make all of the Bach essences in a golden crystal bowl."  The spirit of Dr. Bach came to me, as well as the master St. Germaine- urging me to do this.  It was loud and clear, and quite beautiful, intense and specific.  I noticed that I was sitting under an Aspen tree.  Aspen was the first essence- a Bach essence- that I ever took (early 80's).  The Aspen also seemed to have a lot to say that day, along with Dr. Bach, St. Germaine and Sai Maa." - Star Riparetti

Commit to seeking your part of the whole truth.

It is time to begin preparing the seeds that you will harvest in 2014, the year of blending and unifying all of yourself - mental, physical. financial, emotional, and spiritual and creating from the Heart.

Balancing the physical, left-brain knowledge with your intuitive, right brain knowledge, we begin to move forward through creative co-operation.

So the seeds you choose should represent your uniqueness as an individual expression of All That Is.  Honor all parts of yourself.

Begin your crystallization of what you wish to create next year with the energies of regeneration through your God-Source energy within.

Commit to seeking  your part of the whole truth and use all of yourself to find it. Moving forward  to an enlightened society will require change within and without.

'Em-Ocean-al' Being

"If you are an 'Em-Ocean-al' Being, it is because we are made of mostly Water and the vibrations that we are sensitive to, make an imprint on our Waters. They may need to be released, purified or calmed constantly, but without judgment."

"Our Earth bodies can become Mother Earth and the Temple, rather than just a physical vessel that is objectified or measured against programmed standards for body types, which is unhealthy for the psyche and our Unity Consciousness...

When we see ourselves as the Earth, we naturally switch on our Divine Power and our energy assists in Ascension, restoration and regeneration."

"We are made up of all the elements
- so when we can be filled with
Bliss ,
Brilliance ,
Creativity and Passion ,
Gaia
- we have harnessed these forces into their Highest Expression and we can Transform the World."

"rise and shine"

Ayurveda Tips to Wake Up
Wake-Up Routine
"If that morning mantra "rise and shine" strikes you as the ultimate oxymoron, you might have something to gain from Ayurveda's approach to waking up. According to Ayurvedic philosophy, choices that you make regarding your daily routine either build up resistance to disease or tear it down. Ayurveda calls for getting a jump-start on the day by focusing on morning rituals that work to align the body with nature's rhythms, balance the doshas, and also foster self-esteem alongside self-discipline. Adopting just one or more of the following practices for a month can radically alter your experience of the day. Don't be surprised if you begin to view mornings in a new light."

From http://www.shamanicbodywork.com/main/main.php   newsletter September 2013:

This is one small part of an old Hawaiian prayer that called to the gods and goddesses for healing.  In this prayer, we call to the gods and goddesses to show us where we need to correct our thinking, correct our way of living, so that we can find solutions to our problems, and find healing in our bodies and our relationships:

O ke kahuna i ka puoko a ke ahi.

O 'imi, o loa'a, o loa'a ho'i ka hala uku,

Nana o kono e haele,

E Hele no a miliu mai a.

Eia  ka leo la, he kanaenae aloha na'u na (inoa)

Eia ka pilikia la (ho'ike a'e)

'Eli 'eli kapu, 'eli'eli noa.

Noa ke ku, noa ka hele

Noa i kanawai a ke akua.

Calling the priestess in the pillars of fire.

Seek and find, find my fault, that I may atone;

the fault that turned me away from thee.

Go thou, prayer, but return again to me.

Here is my voice in a prayer of
affection to thee a prayer from (name)

Here are my troubles: (list them)

The sacredness has been profound, it is now freed.

Freed that I may stand, freed that I may walk,

freed by the decree of the gods.

"There were many gods associated with healing:

Ma'iola, who brought life (ola) out of sickness (ma'i)

There was the god Mauliola,
whose similar name meant "Breath of Life",

Women had recourse to Hi'iaka i ka poli o Pele,
who was considered physician to the family of Pele,
and to Haumea, the earth mother,
who guarded the women in childbirth.

Hauwahine, the mo'o (water creature goddess)
warded off sickness.

Uli, the High goddess of sorcery,
could be called on in life-giving resuscitation.

Lono, Ku and Hina, and to some extent Kane,
would remain through generations
the constantly invoked gods of medicine.

Lono, because he caused all plants to grow,
remained supreme: the Hawaiian Hippocrates
of the healing kahuna.

Ku and Hina continued to symbolize
the balance embodied in well being.

For Ku was maleness; and Hina was female.

Ku was erect, Hina was supine.

Ku was East, the morning,
and Hina was West the evening.

Ku was the external factor, Hina was the internal.

Ku was the right side and the right hand,
Hina, the left."

> from  Nana Ike Kumu, by Mary Kawena Pukui,

May the gods and goddesses of healing
be with you today!

Kekahi I kekahi.

Both Ends of the Rainbow - Hawaiian Healing

"Forgiveness is one of the most difficult yet liberating acts we can practice.

The Forgiveness Prayer is a very precious and powerful tool." (Nancy Kahalewai, LMT)

E hui kala mai.

Manao'io

"We don't have to do much to experience existence; we just need to stop for a moment and just listen to nature. Suddenly we become aware of the peaceful tranquility and the beauty that surrounds us, listen to the ocean, the animals, forest, trees, the streams and look to the stars in the heavens".
